Maybe not but think about it, he has infinite charka which means he can make a Rasengan way bigger than Naruto's biggest Rasengan, he could open a gap in the Susano'o like Danzo did, but unlike Danzo, Minto is quick enough to capitalize on it, he would be in that Susano'o in less than a second, with another huge Rasengan to Madara's face
