Minato cannot use chakra arms

I dont believe that Minato can use Chakra arms coz had he been able to, he would have surely used on seeing naruto using it/...

People were saying he couldn't use bijuudama's or bm before, now look. It's obvious his kcm/bm works the exact same way as Naruto's so he should be able to pull off the same moves like chakra arms.

He hasnt seen the need to right now. If he was able to form rasengan with one bijuu arm, there wld probably be a way he can use the chakra arms. But rmemba Naruto trained how to use the chakra arms.

No, he can't use them like Naruto, however, he can use them somewhat as he can control Kurama arms. So, to a certain extent, he can, but not on Naruto's level.
