Now now guys. dont go all fanboyish on me. lol. But i was thinking. Minato can fly. Here is how it goes.

He throws his kunai in the air. He transport to it. He then quickly throws it to the right. and transport to it agen. he then throws it upward again and transport to it. etc. he can keep doing that. and we can officially say he can fly :ice:

why throw it if he can just hold it and teleport to its max radius the kunai would change position along with him in that max radius and do it again in rapid motion

There's no propulsion system or aerodynamic lift involved, so I don't think it classifies as flying at all.
