Madara free'd himself from the contract between him and the summoner which allowed him to take control of his own Edo Tensei and stop himself from being released.

Kabuto's control over Itachi was voided with Koto Amatsukami. Big difference between the two.

If any of those four has the biggest chance to break Edo Tensei, that would be Tobirama since he's the creator of the said jutsu. Minato, maybe, since he has a specialization in sealing techs, but other than that, the biggest bet would be the 2nd Hokage. That is my opinion, based from what I've read in the manga.

No you idiot. Madara was in control the entire time. Kabuto said "show me your power" he allowed Madara to do exactly what he wanted to do. Example. When Madara tried to summon kurama. That was his own actions. Not Kabuto. Kabuto just sat and watched thru Muu. Re read the manga.
