Chapters after chapters you realise just how alike Tobirama's and Minato's techniques were. Both could use the finger sensing jutsus, both are shown to be skilled sensors, both were said to possess S/T techniques, but now we see Tobirama's Hiraishingiri stabbing Izuna:

Is the technique Hiraishin that Minato developed a advanced version of this sword technique(since he doesn't need swords to use it)? So maybe the S/T technique Minato was talking about is a S/T sword technique?

They also both have spiky hair and acts level headed/cool. Maybe he is his grand son.

I believe is a S/T jutsu similar to FTG that Tobirama used.I don't think it had to do anything with kenjutsu,Tobirama used it as a opportunity to surprise Izuna and using the sword was just a way to strike him.
And I too, find many similarities between those two.

As always Tobirama created a New Jutsu then new generation learn it. That's all. Actually Genius is Tobirama in the series. Creating Edo tensei + S/T is really big deal.

i think it was just a name for tobirama's sword move rather than a S/T technique
people give their moves a name so hiraishingiri is just a name for tobirama's move
it reminds me of sasuke, its a high speed movement with a sword slash

Agreed. They both have some similarities. This seems to be a kind of kenjutsu move, not S/T jutsu.

So you are saying that a person with ms like Izuna died by a mere sword attack? Not even a respectable jutsu like a flying thunder god? How shameful for Izuna.

Might be Minato advanced the technique using a Kunai instead of sword cause Kunais are smaller and easier to carry compared to a sword.... :D :D

I don't see it.

-1 finger sensoring: There are many sensors in naruto world. Minato and Tobirama obviously being two of them, but it doesn't make them related. Same as Ao and Tobirama aren't related. Or Karin and Minato.

-S/T teqhniques: Madara has them, Obito has them..they aren't related. We don't even know anything about Tobirama's s/t techs.

-Hiraishin: didn't really get what you are trying to say...Tobirama used kenjutsu (no s/t)..Minato doesn't use kenjutsu..

also Minato's surname is Namikaze, not senju.

I can't believe you asked that when you have a gif in your sig of almost the exact moment when that happened. Minato said something like this: "only one I can think of who's space-time techniques exceed mine and rival those of the seconds is....are you uchiha madara?" so he at least hinted it.

i guess with all this nonsense that minato is related to tobirama since he copied his tech i guess that means somewhere down the line the Kaguya are all related to Harashima since kimmmimaro showed tech similar to Hashis but with bones

since Danzo shared Tobirama ideals he related to him as well

since tayuya had red hair and could summon spirits she is an uzumaki

since sakura did a pose that harashima did she is a senju

because of the marking on her face many assumed rin was an inuzuka but for all we know she could be related to tobirama

remarkable simply remarkable

Remember this guys? I told you that most of Minato's moves are from Tobirama but you guys wouldn't have it.

So you're saying it's not believable that someon can get killed by a sword in the series? Not everyone needs some epic death by a new groundbreaking mountain buster of a jutsu. It looks like he got a fatal stab and died after.
