Well actually he does, the Susano'O is pretty much a good defense against FTG as the most you can do is to place a tag on susano'o so you're still like a meter or so away from the user.
In terms of jutso wise it's likely this would be a draw as none of the teams has what it takes to severely harm the other. Yet the thread starter said this would be a survival battle in with case the fight would go to Naruto and Minato. Why? Because Minato's known jutsos don't take much(or maybe none) chakra and he can rely on FTG to drag on the fight excaping from what ever Sasuke and Itachi might throw at him. As for Naruto he is the very definition of stamina and in KM is most likely to avoid all attacks including amaterasu so he would be able to withstand a long fight as well. As for Itachi and Sasuke they are pretty much condamned if the fight drags on as their doujutsos take an insane amount of chakra.
So I'd say Minato+Naruto win, just because they will outlast the Uchiha brothers.
