Minato and naruto man, as long as minato even touches nagato he is dead, cos he would instantly teleport to him and kill him. And minato is smart and him and naruto can avoid any attack by nagato and only target nagato not pain becos once nagato is gone pain falls with him.
Hahaha ok Pain and Nagato would spam summonings and shinra tensei, and chibaku tensei, and Naruto didn't beat Pain the 8 tails did. Plus Nagato they said in the manga his attacks are on a whole other level. So I am assuming that Nagato would beat Minato and Pain would lose to Naruto somehow. Nagato though would revive Pain over and over again then Naruto would be f***ed. You forgot that Nagato is very strong and charging at him without thinking would be a mistake so he would revive the others and kill minato and naruto he would say " Know Pain".

Nagato needs to be attached to that big machine to flow his chakra into the six paths through their piercings, so i don't know how they would both fight simultaneously.
Minato and Naruto take this one. Especially now that Naruto has more control over the kyuubi.

Naruto and Minato takes this, Naruto was losing to nagato yeah but he was not using all of his powers if Naruto goes 9 tails is over for him, I know it would be a tough fight but in the end I can see Naruto and minato as victors, even though they will be exhausted in the floor.
Ok for the one who said that nagato would spam big summoning s etc dont forget that Naruto has 3 big boss summons the big toads and he can go 9 tails, Pain's summons won't do shit to Naruto he already defeat them once why cant he defeat them now that he is more powerful? Sure. you know it's Nagato and pain, Nagato is only going to have one power in himself and one in the pain body like him vs Naruto except Nagato is going to be in the fight too. As for Nagato summoning, Naruto and Minato can summon their toads. Have Ma toad use dust cloud to lower Nagato and pains sight which allow Minato to throw his kunias where he wants them or better yet touch the ground and sensing where Nagato and pain are and have his seals move on the ground to the pains and Nagato. Naruto will draw their attention when all of this is happening by having his shadow clones run at them with rasengans. After being marked with Minato seal it's game over. And madara didn't say Nagato was unbeatable because he said sasuke will surpass Nagato. Also Naruto wasn't acting like his self, even Itachi mention that Naruto was forgetting people to bare all the burden. Naruto is as fast if not faster than Minato.
