Both the Raikage's speed, chakra or stamina is being slept on. People are using weak knowledge of skill utilized by both Itachi and Minato to show as facts. That's not something you can prove as overall winners of the fight.
Most people say Itachi has MS abilities such as Tsukuyomi, Susanoo, and Amaterasu and Minato has FTG that determines the outcome of the battle. They also state previous encounters made by a sort of character already means he or they can dominate in battle. This of course is wrong.
Itachi
Itachi is a man who is well collected, but lacks the advantage in this battle because of lack in speed. Many of his techniques can be dodge by their Raiton defense also by speed as demonstrated by the Raikage (A). Example:
The Sharingan in it's many forms cannot keep up with their speed or shatter their defense:

Susanoo
It's a good defense, but it serve no purpose in battle were movement is constant throughout. Not even it's attack can be useful because of the Raikage's defense. That not all, it has to be in position (Close-range to Mid-Range) to land a hit on the opponent.
Close Range: (Seal Sword)

In other attacks such as Katon or Shuriken Techniques serves no purpose also because of the Raikage's Raiton defense.
Minato
I like to skip his intro and say what I have to say about his fight with the Raikage (A).
Minato in his battle out maneuver the Raikage (A), I agree, but he could never shatter his defense:

Minato had a opening for his attack, but he had a simple kunia knife. The Raikage (A) still had the Raiton armor activated. That kunia wasn't enough to shatter his Raiton defense. Whether it was a kunia with infuse chakra or whatever, it still want have did anything.
The Third Raikage is still questionable, but his techniques are similar to the Raikage (A). He also posse the stamina to last in the battle and the technique to possibly to destroy Itachi's defense:
Dude are you just hating? Itachi and Minato would stomp the raikages.
Minato was enough to beat the 4th raikage and get set up to kill Bee as well.
Plus Itachi's genjutsu is an insta win against the raikages who have shown no defense against it, and his Yata mirror is immune to elemental attacks which are the only type of attacks the raikage's have.
No I wouldn't think they have the five weapons of the Sage since the Gold and Silver brothers had most of them. They did have the sealing pot though, but IMO it would be a bad idea to wield that weapon in a battle like this
Itachi and minato.
Due to itachi's techniques he would walk all over the 3rd raikage. Genjutsu is itachi's main fighting style. Secondly tsukuyomi and amaterasu would end the third. If you add the possibility that he can seal him with the totsuka sword. Mid to high difficulty
Similarly minato although it wasnt a fight, won the duel against A. In a real fight id favour him to repeat this feat. Possibly with mid to high difficulty
