Minato and itachi in top 3 best ninjas?

I dont know about what everyone else is thinking, but as far as i know, these two are probably top 3 best ninjas of all time.
i know some people would probably guess that naruto, kakashi, pain, the first hokage, sasuke, etc would be the top third, but i think TOBI would be in it but hes not important now until mask is unveiled xd.
apart from the sacriices that they made for their village and they stood out among shinobi with their techniques and skill in battle. these 2 has to be in the top three list. both are probably the best at sealing techniques and justu (sealing of 9 tails and sending tail beast bomb away from village- minato) (destroyed clan for village use sealing sword free sasuke and protect bee and naruto. used shisui eye to counter one of strongest technique- itachi)

if not these two, then who else?

hard to say...

itachi - definitely with all the things that he had done from beginning...
minato - needs more story line, but in terms of raw talent, capability and skills, no doubt he's good considering that he doesn't have KKGs or any eye...i bet if he didn't die he would also master sage mode...

Meh...Minato...I wish he had perfected his craft, and had more jutsu in his arsenal, and finally put his chakra nature in his Rasengan.

So I'm gonna say that he is probably number 5 or number 6 as far as best ninjas in the Naruto-verse.
