Naruto is stronger but Kisame is an expert bijuu hunter esp with samehada on his side, the stronger his opponent the stronger he becomes.

I don't see how Naruto will escape from the water prison.

naruto uses SM and kisame turns into frog lolzz..tough fight with their abilities but naruto is not easy to kill with him in SM and his father helping ...SM speed is good enough for kisame and naruto can sense their chakras easily with it so he will sense itachis genjutsu .

it's one of those battles that cant be decided with predictions, but you have to add this, Kisame and Itachi worked together all the time, they have great team work. As for Minato and Naruto even though they are father and son they have never faught together so their team work wouldnt be all that great, and against enemies of that level your gonna need some team work so im going to say Itachi and Kisame.
