Suigetsu is a bad guy, who would take his word about peace seriously when he never shown wanting peace. He kills people even when Sasuke told him not to just because Sasuke wasn't there; he does that around that same scan you have. Naruto on the other hand has been foreshadowed to bring peace by the old Sage toad, Jiraiya, Minato, Sage of 6 paths, Gaara, and Hashirama who called Naruto hope.
Minato telling Naruto about the ninja system and telling him that he believes Naruto can find peace is Minato doing something about it; he's entrusting his son with the task. He tells Naruto that the current ninja system cause ninjas to be used by hatred and create people like Pein

Naruto agrees with Minato because he didn't want revenge on Nagato anymore because that would be exactly what Minato told him, trying to save things you love breed war and people will be used by hatred. Naruto changed Gaara's life as a whole which took Gaara out of the darkness and influenced him into wanted to live for others and have bonds

. Nagato changed his thoughts about peace which made the people he killed in Konoha to be revived and made it so he wouldn't have been evil when he was revive as a edo tensei. A sees Naruto as a savior and Hokage and believes in him now
