I don't see how they agree. Does Minato agree with how Sasuke plans to change the system? I didn't think anyone likes the current system as it is. Although with Kagaya and BZ death/sealing the world should become peaceful since they started/instigated all the wars. Also the villages are united at this point so that shows promise.

How can he agree with Sasuke over Naruto when he himself said he believes that Naruto will find the answer to finding peace? Naruto knows about the system being flawed because Minato told him in that very same scan and Naruto didn't say he disagreed. In fact, hearing that is what made Naruto not try to kill Nagato fro revenge but chose to forgive him to stop the current system. If he killed Nagato then Konan would want to kill him, if she kills him (he was exhausted before going to Nagato so he would be even more exhausted having to fight Nagato then Konan after) then Naruto;s friends would want revenge and so on. Shikamaru even commented this about them killing Sasuke over the cloud village using this same logic. Naruto said this same logic to A before Shikamaru talked to Sakura.
