it makes the rain invisible, to a normal eye but i can see chakra, as demonstrated by sasuke against dedaira (spelling) cause he had those bomb things on the microscopic level or somthin and sasuke still saw them, cause he could see the chakra so i still see it >_<

Because he didnt have all the abilities, cause he wasnt an uchiha and he had 1 sharingan eye. And if you wanted the same affects as the hidden mist technique why not you it instead? anyway ima go bed, im tooooo tired sorry. Continue some other time..
