Why do people do vs against Mihawk. He's swung his sword like 3 or 4 times. His whole character is based on hype alone. What we've seen of Fugitora is that he's above Sabo, who is probably the 2nd strongest in the Revolution.
-So without the hype Fugi wins

Well, the only reason I say Mihawk is because Zoro was still able to do a sword slash technique while under force of gravity as shown here.

How is Mihawk winning this? No, just no. If Mihawk was capable of defeating Issho Mid-Diff, that would mean he is capable of defeating Akainu High-Diff, which is obviously false. Issho wins this High-Diff. Mihawk is around as strong as Marco, who is not as strong as any Admiral we have seen yet.

Akainu >= Kuzan >= Kizaru >= Issho >= Marco = Mihawk.
