Making all the ground around me rubber. (About 10m or 39ft). So that I can stand on the rubber, and be immune to lightning.

As your turn the earth around you to rubber uses
(Shippou: Goro-ten Chuuseki Gokusha) Silver Release: Five Point Pillar Prison

*erupting beneath you and ur rubber trapping you, and now summoned clones in a silver pillar prison. When the clone uses gian, the lightning gets attracted to the pillars and gets displaced into the ground beneath you. Creating a hole that the pillar falls into. Dragging you(and clones) along.*

hako Is said to be able to destroy a whole village with its blast.(chakra=30,Damage= 70)C-4 makes Garuda.This jutsu makes a huge copy of the original that explodes sending out millions of microscopic bombs.Also This level makes (Kyuukyoyu Geijutsu)-Ultimate Art where the user detonates them self win and the blast covers 10 kilometers.This will kill the user if done.(Chakra= 40,Damage= 90)
NOTE:Only Deidara can use this jutsu.

No...fire beats wind. I would over power your rasengan, not to mention there are 3 other dense walls of bone converging on you(which you did nothing to prevent).

User then adds water chakra to simulate wet sensation making the opponent immensely wet. Opponent feels caught in a heavy down pour while inside the cloud.Opponent thinks they're so wet they become afraid to use lightning jutsu. Opponent can attempt to defend themselves in the genjutu but with much diffculty. Only use of 2 jutsu per turn due to disorientation. Jutsu lasts 3 turns.

Nice genjutsu reversal i think... but you didn't defend against my tendril barrage... It was released before your clone was made,so as the clone is made it would be destroyed before he could make the clay copy.... I'll counter though..Oh yeah, my bad XD about the fire and wind thing.

Its a wind version of chidori ramei, so the sharp gust of wind not only blow all the bombs away from me, they also slice them causing a massive explosion.
