Whitebeard was not a warlord.

OT: Either Mihawk or Doflamingo is the strongest in my opinion.

Whitebeard was part of the Yonkou. Blackbeard was a warlord for a short time, but defected, and later became a Yonkou.

Until I see the other Warlord that hasn't currently been shown, I'm going to have to say Doflamingo is the strongest with Hawk-Eye coming in at a VERY close second.

But my favorite Warlord will FOREVER be Bartholomew Kuma!!!

BB gave up his title at Marineford... He used ot for Impel Down. He's now a Yonko basically.

OT: Mihawk is likely the strongest due to being an end game opponent for Zoro. Doflamingo is probably at his level though in some ways.
