They are two different things because being a Kage doesnt give you more ability attributes, Being the Juubi jin does. It has clearly come with default feats and has been demonstrated on multiple occasions

She can't move or run around nor keep spamming ground pound when a gates user is up there, who can execute attacks faster than most of NV including Tsunade can.
He made a summoning in mid air, he can pull a kunai and decapitate against an opponnent who is much, much slower than him.

I thought all he had were nun-chucks, not that this matters anyway.

You have a point, but I still disagree. Ay was much faster than Madara yet he wasn't even trying to decapitate him even when he was able to land a direct hit. Also decapitating someone isn't Guy's fighting style to begin with. This is like saying Tsunade defeats someone by decapitating him with a Kunai.
