Even if there Was No Prep What Can Base Guy Do To Tsunade She easily Stops His Speed by a Strike To Ground If He Tries Leaping She SideSteps And Attacks With The Nerve Move Thus Stopping his movement.Tsunade was Able to Survive A Large Sword Lodged In Her Abdomen.Guy In Any Gates (except 8) Can't Do anything To Blow Her of Track.Seeing That Tsunade Is A Medic And Has Vast Knowledge of The Human Body And Got 5 For The Intelligence Department She Knows Weak Spots Snd Will Try Damaging The Legs.

Guy In Gates Will Be Tougher She Can Beat All His Gates Except Eight.Tsunade Can Easily Get Into Heated Combat With Guy Seeing That He Is Pushing His Body To His Limit She Can Try Outlasting Him If Katsuyu Isn't Restricted Her Defence Capabilities Can Easily Nullify Anything From Guy She Can Then Throw A Explosive Creating A Diversion Allowing Katsuyu To Split Up And Surround Guy They Will Then OverWhelm Him With Acid or Tsunade Can Bunshin Then Strike As a Suprise Attack Sealing The Deal.

Wat. :| What makes you think that? Tsunade is capable of regenerating all tissue in her body, she stated this herself. This includes even limbs and such.

Tsunade has awesome durability.

She still doesn't hold a miniature candle to Madara. This is not debatable by any means. While it may very well be true that Tsunade can regenerate lost limbs, we still can't gauge how much of a toll doing something so demanding would be on her. The more damage Tsunade takes, the more the use of the yin seal is required, and more of Tsunade's life force is drained. Considering she'll be a sitting duck while Guy uses her a punchbag, she'll probably transform into an old hag from repairing herself to much.

Evening Elephant & Night Moth still wreck her though. I swear Yin Seal is overrated to the point of insanity.
