Oro can tank Gai punches and simply outlast gate mode. Its not like Gai can use gates for whole day, he used it only for moment when he fought Kisames clone and was exhausted afterwards.

Oro would win this without a doubt.
Guy is the wrong matchup for orochimaru. Physical punches and kicks will not harm Orochimaru because of his durability and regenerative capabilities. Orochimaru took punches from husky ass tsunade and kept getting back up. He got sliced in half by the four tailed naruto and the snakes just reconnected the two halves.
Guy would just exhaust himself with all the punching and kicking in the gates mode or not.

If oro summons manda guy has no chance.
If Oro goes into his true 8 headed form he would get swallowed.
Plus the sword of Kusanagi that can be controlled remotely and manually will make guy stay back.
Also orochimaru has some pretty strong genjutsus.
Edo Tenseis are not needed in this fight.
