ok first thing first i use
(Fuuton:Tatsuno Ooshigoto)-Wind Style Severing Pressure The user send wind into the sky which then comes down as a F-5 tornadoe with slicing wind. this clears your clouds and drys off my clothes and uses your water to become a typhoon more powerful that a regular whirlwind because it is infused with your water
