Looks: Izuku has round dark green eyes, messy dark green hair with black shadows, and four symmetrical freckles on both cheeks underneath his eyes. Though he was initially very skinny, Izuku has gained an array of well-developed muscles after his years of extensive training. As time progresses it is seen that Izuku's body keeps becoming more muscular and pronounced. Izuku is often described as being very plain-looking. Izuku's recent costume has a few changes, and though some of the original aspects were brought over, it now looks sturdier and more combat-efficient in appearance. His second costume is a dark green full-body jumpsuit with the same red boots and elbow pads. The knee pads have been extended to his legs and reach up to his thighs. His new gloves are tinted beige, and have blue stripes decorating them. His respirator is now metal, diamond-shaped, and has two holes on the top and bottom, left to right. Izuku foregoes the face-covering mask entirely in his second suit.
After his initial costume, the new changes have been adding Iron Soles to his red boots to increase the power of his kicks, and extending his gloves and added arm braces to them to keep his arms from breaking and causing further damage. His knee pads now have yellow bolts fastened into them. Despite many a years since the formulation of the second costume, Izuku has maintained his style even at the age of 23 and has his costume focus more on combat effectiveness rather than it being fashionable.
Personality: Izuku is a very timid, helpful and polite boy, frequently overreacting to abnormal situations with exaggerated expressions. Due to being bullied since childhood for being born without a talent for combat, he is initially portrayed as insecure, being more reserved and not self-expressive, especially in front of his friends, who constantly subdued him for his aspirations to be a hero. Izuku is also very diligent and strong-willed. His dream of becoming a Hero drove him to develop a habit of writing down notes about everything he knows in regards to their abilities. Because of this practice, Izuku has developed a great analytical mind and is easily able to form complex battle plans in a matter of seconds, taking advantage of his allies' and enemies’ abilities to put them in motion. Izuku externalizes his observations through endless mumbling, a habit which annoys or scares his peers. Izuku often writes down his observations in a notebook he refers to as Hero Analysis for the Future.
Izuku appears to have a more brash and abrasive side to him that mostly shows up when he finds himself in combat. This side of him makes him act more like his mentor All-Might, being rather loud and unwavering, and also with a strong drive towards victory. He claims that this is because he sees All-Might as the embodiment of what someone who strives for victory should be. He also has admitted that he doesn't like this side of him very much and tends to keep it in. Throughout his years, the confidence he had has forever been growing and despite still being rather polite he has now learned to be much more firm on his words and developed an excellent leadership ability and combat intellect.

Description: Created by Mei Hatsume, the Iron Armor Soles attached to Izuku's signature red shoes. Upon kicking something, the soles absorb the impact and redistribute the kinetic energy back out to increase the impact strength of Izuku's kicks. This means that the user generates the power equivalent to two kicks at the price of one. The tool also has another purpose, allowing the user to release A-Rank wind blasts while applied to a Kicking move. However, this requires additional +30 chakra and can only be used every alternate turn.
Note: This A rank blast can only be done 4 times in total.
