How do you put a microsoft word document onto the site?

copy the things in the document and paste on to a new post....

but i have a picture set behind it how do i copy that onto a post let alone put it behind the text!

Try to save it as a picture file then upload to a picture site then put as an image...if possible

Ok first copy the picture on to Paint [ms paint] Then copy the words onto paint and the picture should come behind it save as png then upload it to photobucket or tinypic or any picture sites then use

yeah basically
