I dropped my wireless 360 mic in water, it was only about 5 seconds. What should I do? How long should i keep it in rice?

Well i think you need to show it to a near repair shop because even if you dry it, it may have affect the board inside so it is clever to show it to a repair shop

Just wait a day or 2 before you use it and then try it out. If its still under warranty return it and say its defective. If not, it will probably be cheaper to buy a new one than get it fixed.
