Now im wondering, is there a way were we can buy more voice packs? You know when you are playing online and ppl be like "Goodluck" etc. Is there a way to get another set of voice packs or no?

No, but I think you can unlock more voice commands as you level up. Not sure, only level 2 in MGO and have been focusing on 100%-ing the single player.
