Merging Threads

I will start this off by saying this is not in any shape or form a complaint.

I made a thread discussing Madara yesterday in the Manga section, as did a few dozen other people. I understand that they were all merged into one HUGE cluster of a thread.

But now I can't even keep up with my thread. There were a few ideas I liked I wanted to go back and read them and reply to their theories. But at I have no idea where it is, where it starts and where it ends. People are less likely to discuss, share, and understand theories/predictions/opinions in a 300+ page thread.

So I have a suggestion for the future. Is it possible to have a tool that helps differentiate each thread after it has been merged? Like a list of the threads that were merged. We click on the thread we wanted to go to and it takes us to the page in the "Official thread" where it begins.

When it comes to merging threads together, the threads are merged and then all the posts are automatically sorted into chronological order. They all become one thread, so you can't see what was going on in your thread, or all the differences. Maybe if you posted in the sticky, which I'm pretty sure there is one there, this wouldn't have happened.

Post my opinions in the Manga discussion thread where everyone says "Awesome Chapter" or "this chapter is lame". Thread collects 100 + pages, some valued opinions get lost in discussion. I made a thread because I wanted to discuss opinions on a specific topic in this manga chapter not, and get responses based off of that. That's the only reason I stopped posting in the stickied discussion thread.
