[Discussion] Merging of KG's. Is it Possible?

Alright if there are any threads like this sorry. I wanted a fresh discussion. Now I'm not sure if we have seen any evidence of this, but if you were to get to different clan members both possesing a KG, and the KG being expressed in both members and they had a kid, would it merge the KGs, creating an entirely new KG, or just a mix of the two? If there is already manga evidence, I didn't research or look back for any post it and say who please thanks now DISCUSS!xd

Maybe so, but think about the possibilities if it is possible. Say for example Kimmimaros KG plus the Uchiha Dojutsu KG. Using the bone technique to make all those bones he can come from and using bone clones he could put Tsukyomi all around his enemy imagine that

Hmm...From what you described there, i don't think so.
Firstly, don't you think creating clones out of your own bones would be painful even if you are a Kaguya ? Furthermore, surrounding the target with clones whom are preparing to use Tsukyomi won't increase its effectiveness, just give it a greater chance of landing since one must look directly into the MS eye...I think.

Maybe you just chose a bad example here :|

those type of KG's won't be passed down together of course. it's like having a girl or a boy for a child... can't be both... or so you'd hope in this case/analogy loool

I think they might cancel out depending on what the KG is. I don't think Lava can fuse with ice. Then theres the possibility that the kid would just be able to use both.

yes you are right, but her KG's is 2 separate ones she uses alone, not both combined together

Hmm. Yea I mean I'm sure as said before you can inherit two KG's seperate use, but I mean aren't there other things they could do I did use a poor example before haha, maybe like I know this is incredibly low chance of happening but humor me, The Uzumaki uncanny affinity for sealing jutsus, and the Uchiha dojutsu being able to supress TB, example Sasuke suppressing Narutos fox in first reunion after there big fight. Perhaps breeding kids like this to make ridicuolous Jinchurikis? I mean like or even the I don't know if the Uchiha affinity for fire would be considered part of their KG, but if so then say a clans KG affinity for earth making Lava elements and such. I can see that some KG's would be non joinable, but can we think of KG's asside from elemental affinitys that could perhaps merge or together form a unique ability?

Actually it is quite possible. However, certain bloodlines definitely wouldn't be seen together, such as a sharingan and byakugan. Thing of it as an addon to whatever gene corresponds with the influenced body part. EG Sharingan - Eyes, Kaguya - Skeletal System, etc.. And as for elemental release type KGs, these are the only type of KG that has appeared in the manga with a user having two KGs. Mizukage anyone?

Probably. Tsunade has a same symbol on her forehead like her grandma mito and is good with yin sealing. Her chakra sealing jutsu is unique. May be if she had earth and water effinity she could have inherited some of her grandfathers abilities too...

Haha yea the breeding, but I in honesty wouldn't put it past the kages of these nations, Raikage-"Jinchurikis are weapons" So if he can call his brother just a weapon breeding kids to make a jinchuriki to keep village safe would in my opinion be easy for him.
Also though I really am curious to this though elemental affinitys, and the KG releases being combined yes, have been seen in the manga, but I would want to see some physical appearance KGs, or some that can manifest abilities no others can use.

Don't think its possible....kekkei genkai's, by their very name are bloodline traits that belong to a specific clan. So no, one individual can't have 2. You just can't be both a naara and a Hyuuga(e.g). A kid could not have 2 bloodline limits in himself simultaneously. However, i think its possible for a shinobi to get a new KG as a result of inheriting different bloodline limits from his parents, but he would'nt be able to have 2 different ones.

A new one is possible, but then the 2 old ones of the parents are discarded.
