[Theory] Mera Mera no mi prediction

IMO it's either Burgess or Coby that will get it. I'd prefer if Burgess got it so it fuel the conflict with Luffy and BB even more.

As luffy doesnt know coby is alive(heck we dont even know it for sure) that is not a option. I doubt coby would want the mera mera anyways.

Rebbecca is a possibility, but i doubt it will be her. Her fighting style is to fight withoug injurying someone directly. She probably wouldnt be the one to eat it.

Burgess is a possibility. It would certainly start even more tensions between luffy and BB.

Right now there are 3 possibilities i see being likely.

1. One of zoros swords eats the fruit. Zoro saying he wanting a fire sword, does not seem like coincidence to me. This is the most likely scenario if the straw hats get the fruit.

2. Luffy keeps it and gives it to someone in the future. Maybe a new nakama.

3. Someone else gets it.(possibly burgess)
(a 4th would be rebbecca, but again, she doesnt fight people directly. Something you would do with mera mera.)

I think it is very likely we will have zoro sword eat it. This is because we have yet to have how weapons can eat df explained, and it seems it is foreshadowed a bit, and it fits well into where it could end up.

It is remotely possible that luffy could survive with 2 df. If he ate it though, it would be on accident. It is very unlikely, especially since luffy made red hawk.

I think it would be a very cool theory that to become a supreme grade sword the sword would have to consume a df, instead of being based on highest quality. It would explain why mihawks sword is so special. I also think it would be a very cool power up for zoro.

If Nami gets the Mera Mera No Mi it could possibly work well with her weather manipulation abilities. Being able to superheat air and shiz should pretty much allow for extreme convection control and ultimately allow for extreme weather conditions to be created. o-o
Then again, simply shooting a fireball would probably be more effective than going through that long ass process.

maybe. or maybe the zoro foreshadowing was about him inheriting kinemon's sword like he did ryuuma's. doesn't kinemon's sword conjure and cut fire?
