If luffy gets the Mera Mera fruit(which he most likely will) I believe there are many different scenarios that could occur.
Firat: The most logical to me would be for him to save it and pass it on to a future generation,someone to inherit Aces' will. He will keep it as a treasure to remember his beloved brother, until he finds someone he finds worthy. I believe in this because no one in his crew is really cut out for the Mera Mera.
Zoro: swordsman
Sanji:black leg
Franky:Robot
Nami: the only one i can see really inheriting it, cause besides her navigating skills shes useless. And the rest of the crew already has devil fruits. All of the above characters already have their identity and specialty and adding the mera mera no mi would change them greatly.
Second theory: Coby will inherit the Mera Mera fruit. With all the trouble the straw hat crew are enduring right now I believe Fujitora will turn on Doflamingo and aid the straw hats. Fujitora would rather take down an underground warlord than the strawhats(who helped him) in my opinion. Once the Strawhats defeat Doflamingo they will take the Mera Mera and ask Fujitora to give it to Coby. Or if they manage to beat Doflamingo without Fujitora turning on Doflamingo, Luffy will ask him anyway.
Third theory: Rebecca will inherit the Mera Mera. She has already expressed her interest in the Mera Mera. Once Doflamingo falls she will most likely take the place as ruler of the land. Luffy will see Ace's will in Rebecca (cool scene where flames revolve around Rebecca with a backdrop of Ace
and leave the Mera Mera fruit with her.
Lastly and most unlikely: Luffy will inherit the Mera Mera. This is most likely not going to occur but is something fun to think about. Once Burgess sees the conflict between Doflamingo and Luffy unfold, he will call Blackbeard in fear Luffy will secure the Mera Mera fruit. Once Blackbeard appears he will seek out Luffy and find him with the Mera Mera in his hand. I believe Luffy will spontaneously eat the Mera Mera no Mi fruit. He will think in his mind if Blackbeard can do it so can I. Although stated when a person consumes two devil fruits he will die, it has not been confirmed. Plus due to Blackbeards ability he was able to consume two, but who knows.
