[Suggestion] Member Awards

Hey, is it possible to introduce like a yearly or 1/2 year awards where the community chooses the award winners in different categories? For example,

best Staff
Best Sensei
Best Theoryguy
Nicest member
Worst member
......


And shit like that you know. Would actually improve the activity of this forum

Is there a link for member of the month? First time hearing that but I mean, more categories would mean more people would do something about that and maybe mods or whoever is activs can regularly check members to nominate
