Mei activates her mist in seconds. And its acidic its going to melt his little snakes that come his justu.

You realize with the mist up Orochimaru will not see Mei? So even if he goes underground he has no idea where she is to come up.

] This'll save him from acidic mist (Which Btw isn't needed since he can shed skins a couple of times ) While he is underground Mei wouldn't be able to see anymore, Orochimaru already used his sensing abilities and comes from underneath to absorb her powers and that'll be the end of Mei and her KKG.
