Based on what Mei has shown thus far Oro takes it with ease.
Mei's main form of attack is elemental spam and Orochimaru, being as slicky as he is, can take her streams of lava and water with ease.
You are also forgetting his defensive techniques and regenerative prowess. Mei's lava would never get past his Triple Hashomon and even if he is hit by one of her melting techniques he is able to regenerate his own body in multiple ways.
He is also very fast with Slithering Snake Mode and could easily distance himself from Mei's spot avoiding the range of her Boil Release. His Sword of Kusanagi can extend to incredible lengths making him able to hit Mei even if he is very far from her and combinated with his ability to hide underground he could even make a surprise attack out of that.
Using Sage Mode he could easily track Mei if she tried to hide herself on a mist and prevent incoming attacks.
And even after all that there's Manda, the giant snake that was able to completely shield Sasuke from Deidara's C0 and even chat for a while before his final death. That skin would make a stream of lava a total child's play and to make it worse for Mei it is able to shed its skin as well.
By the way, Mei has never shown the ability to drown a whole battlefield, you are making skills for her. The only shinobi that displayed such power with water was Kisame and even that is attributed to his colossal amount of chakra.

Orochimaru doesn't have to enter her boil release but even if he did he only needs to use Wind Release: Great Breakthrough to force the mist away. Then continue the attack with temporary paralysis technique in addition to Many Hidden Shadow Snake Hands which would poison her. Also considering The Kyuubi's chakra didn't melt the sword of Kusanagi and I'm going to say no to the assertion that the blade can be melted. It's obviously not a regular sword as it can extend way beyond it's original reach. Mei hasn't shown the reaction time to avoid Longsword of the sky. And She really can't handle him and his summons at the same.

Mei is cool an'all but... Remember Tenchi Bridge? Yeah.. Orochimaru was smacked around for miles, blasted by a tailed beast ball (albeit with TTR) and still had time and chakra to play around for a little longer. Mei has corrosive Kekkei Genkais but they don't compare to the most powerful chakra of the tailed beasts. Even Sasuke had trouble defeating a blood coughing delirious Orochimaru and Hiruzen hardly did admirably..

Is this Oro without arms, in other ones the one who fought four tailed Naruto? If so he still wins with mid-high-difficulty. An Oro with access to all sorts of ninjutsu stomps though with low-mid difficulty even if you restrict edos.

We haven't seen a prime Orochimaru fight seriously as of yet but hopefully we will soon. He does have wind release nature and he should be able to combine wind natured chakra with the Kusanagi blade to increase its cutting power immensely. Also Oro has all sorts of cool tricks to put Mei at bay such as slithering snake mode which increases his speed and agility thereby allowing him to dodge/avoid her attacks. Wind release breakthrough can blow away all the acid away and attack prevention technique allows him to hide from Mei or avoid her attack altogether and than surprise her with a stealth attack.

Also there is no way Mei can deal with all of Orochimaru's snake summons while fighting against him.

Lol not many ninja can beat orochimaru, don't look at him as weak because he lost to itachi. That's itachi he soloes everybody. None of the kages can beat him 1 vs 1, even ninja like nagato would have a hard time dealing with him. Wait till orochimaru gets back his arms and then you'll see how terrifying he is
