But in all seriousness, I think Kakuzu would win with all those hearts.
We haven't seen enough of Mei so it's hard to tell.

I might be mistaken but I don't think Kakuzu was shown using Water in the manga. That alone would give him a tough time against Mei's Fire and Lava

As far as Kakuzu's Iron Skin, it's clearly an extremely sturdy armor, but I doubt he could swim around in Lava with it. Either way, in a tough fight I think Mei would win

No Kakazu can't make Lava.You can't say a character can do a kekkei genkai without any proof or in indication they can.During the entire battle with Kakashi and team asuma, what Kekkei Genkai did Kakuza used? The answer is none.

Then if he had Water why didn't use it in the manga? That's my point.

The heart that Kakashi destroyed was his Earth heart. If he had Water then he didn't use it.

In theory he can have all five elements, but in the manga he didn't use it.
