Mei can set up a great defence by surrounding herself with acidic mist and can then proceed to wear tsunade down..

Tsunade isnt going to just charge into acid mist without thinking about it first which create plenty of time for Mei to create distance

1. She isn't wearing her down. The Hokage is a chakra beats. + Tsunade can avoid the mist by jumping above it.
2. She would exactly do that. if the starting distance is less than 15 m. She could kill Mei before the acid melts her.

Mei's acid does not melt that quickly, look at what it does ti Sasuke's skin, it slowly melts it. Tsunade with Byakugo quicly heals faster or is equal to the rate of the acid melting.

Tsunade fights recklessly because she can,so she will just jump in and take Mei down.

Sasuke was inside his susanoo and his skin was getting burned #soloed

So wrong on so many levels...
None of Mei's attacks are doing sh!t against Byakugou. Tsunade regenerates her cells almost instantly, which is several times faster than the speed Mei's acid melts skin.
Tsunade's Chakra pool is far bigger than Mei's.
Even her reaction speed is superior, as witnessed during the Madara battle.
With the help of Katsuyu and crater-creating kicks Tsunade can easily close the distance between the 2.
And the moment she gets close to the Mizukage, it will all be over.
Guess, it's a trend on NB to illogically underrate Tsunade...

Yeah. Tsunade is really screwed here since she doesn't have long range jutsu or good defense... once mei uses hidden mist, its over...

your right it doesnt melt things at an incredibly fast pace but was strong enough to start melting the susano ribcage.. Im not saying this jutsu is going to oneshot tsunade however the mist is a great start to wearing Tsunade down and making her have to heal and also a great defence..

Mei whiles staying inside the mist can attack from a distance while Tsunade is trying to get close.. Mei can also turn the battlefield into lava so Tsunade isnt charging in anywhere.. she will have to heal from both stepping in lava and going through acid mist.. aswell as having to deal with assault from long range attacks from Mei.. this will constantly wear down Tsunades chakra.. you can only regenerate so much

katsuya size won't get on or two shotted with lava and while mei is doing so acid stomps

Tsunade isnt going to Summon Katsuyu into a field full of lava..

If she does Katsuyu will be entering a field covered in lava and acid mist.. this is going to cause damage.. katsuyu is as you said incredibly large... she wont be escaping the mist or the lava fast.. where as Mei can avoid any acid thrown her way

i know Tsunade's a chakra beast which is why Mei has to constantly make her heal.. she does this by setting up the acidic mist defence and the field of lava.. tsunade would have to constantly heal being inside it.. she also has to avoid Mei's attacks.. this means she will be dancing around in the mist and the lava trying to avoid Mei's long range attacks..

Tsunade might be a chakra beast but her regeneration takes up quite the bit of chakra

So Tsunade goes to charge in.. as Mei spits lava in her face :| ..

Saw a thread saying she was the weakest kage nope hell no squash and hold that thought. People think tsunades healing can save her from lava LOL NO 5000 degrees of heat from melted rock instantly puts an end to healing by melting her into a pile of goop. Even if she simply just gets grazed by it it will melt all the way through and even if she somehow cools it off her skin and muscles would be a petrified festering mess. Also the acid mist would kill tsunade she HAS to breath and inhaling acid mist equals poisoning and melted lungs. Not only that but you can't heal from heat exhaustion sasuke wasn't effected by this stuff because he was inside susanoo but watever meis long/mid ranged combat> tsunades close quarters only.

Tsunade survive being cut in half. Then precede to heal all of the other kages before putting herself back together and healing her self. Unless Mei has a nuke up her sleeves she not putting tsunade down
