The Mizukage, master of lava and boil kekkai genkais vs the previous Jinchuuriki of the Shukaku, master of sand, and the current Kazekage, Gaara!

Mei would overpower Gara's sand. I think Lava would turn sand into glass or somthing. So there is no way for garra to win a 1 v1 fight with full knowledge of each.

mei is INCREDIBLY OVERPOWERED
she just needs to increase the acidity level to the max and gaara in about 5-7 seconds will melt..... Sasuke was capable of withstanding it for a while due to his Susanoo but imagine gaara which his sand is not as perfect defending as Susanoo.....

Mei can easily be in the top 10 of strongest characters

gaara doesnt dodge so it depends on how strong his sand is...she melted susano even tho sasuke was worn out but i still dont think his sand can block it or her boil...i think mei wins

agree with this. if science means anything in the world of naruto (which it usually doesn't) then lava and boil release should be the weak points of sand. even if this isn't true if mei increases acidity of boil release: skilled mist technique and surrounds the battlefield with it then gaara dies in seconds. he has no defense against it as it melted susanoo and susanoo seems like a better defense than sand.

Mei would win. Sand has no real strategy against her techniques.

I think Gaara would win but Mei isnt bad too......Gaara has more potential than her I think and this is to nesessary in a fight
