Tsunade has no answer for her mei's Boil Release: Skilled Mist Technique and her lava jutsu, healing isn't gonna cut it and plus tsunade would never be able to land a punch on mei since from what i've seen mei's much faster.
i also am basing my decision off of what ive seen in the actual anime with my own eyes....Mei superheated her entire body and burned the white zetsu off of her while he was trying to sap her chakra....as far as i know tsunade is limited to close combat if she fights...so Mei using Lava, or boil depending on the wind, would nullify her chance to inflict damage...even if she did hit her, guys quit acting like tsunade one shots everyone...she was pounding on orochimaru (who had no arms to even defend himself with) and could not one shot him...creation rebirth is a killer on chakra so once it runs out, i see no way how she could ever win....
Not to mention hidden in the mist.. tech.

Boil release does nothing, you made the location a grassy plain tsunade, outdoors , she can't change the PH levels of the outdoors.. she's not that OP
the reason nothing happen to orochimaru was because that wasn't his body....

and the hidden mist jutsu... that would be dumb, mei and tsunade wouldn't be able to see each other,

You must not know what the mist tech is.
The boil would work around her if its not windy, and she can still change the ph, you don't know that she couldnt.
Yes, I made it outside so that mei couldn't use that. since tsunade cant use her summoning.
The fact that a summoning would have so much of a effect shows how useless she is without it.
I agree that Tsunade is bad ass, amazing healer, and great strength. I just don't see her winning. Espically since we haven't seen all of mei.

So your saying with just Lava release and lets a couple other jutsu with the elements that make up lava release (assuming she has them)

with one touch she can change your whole nervous system
he evasive abilities are known since she is a med ninja and thats the first thing she taught sakura
the fact that she can create med ninjutsu like she did against oro that could kill you (before kabuto stopped him)
tsunade can't lose this, all mei has over her is ninjutsu

Yea, and based on what we know about mei. We've seen like 4 techniques....I think that by the time we see more, it will be more than enough to end Tsunade easily. You can throw in all the facts you want, but I would still say Mei.

Yea, I know. We really wouldn't even know if she would be effected by the acid though. She has shown to be unaffected by such. I really just wanted to see how people would go about the fight. It seems like in all the threads, everyone relies on the slug, or a on hit k-o...It's really quite sad. I would say she's more than that, but i don't see how rebirth would go if you don't have a body to heal.

she was unaffected by her own jutsu which makes sense since she controls it doesnt mean she can tank katsuyu acid.
besides tsunade is already hailed as strongest kunoichi and last time i checked mei is one too.

beauty actually depends on what people find attractive so it is hard to say.
intelligence tsunade since she is the greatest med ninja ever so i think she is smarter.

And I didn't say she could tank it. I said we don't know how it would effect her.

You can't base intelligence off of of medical jutsu. It's really a over-all act. I would say they are the same in that area. Both have proven to be very smart.
