Mei&kisame vs tsunade&kakashi

He hasn't fought in a bloodlusted state because he cares about his health.
In a life or death scenario he has no reason not to kamui his head off.

And you can't prove the opposite. I don't see why can't he Kamui someones head in a life- death battle.

Well since its a two on two battle, one will take on the other, Kakashi will probally go for Kisame and Mei will have to take on
Tsunade,
Kisame and Kakashi's Fight-
While they engage in combat and start the battle, Kakashi will quicky figure out they way to defeat Kisame and once Kakashi does then Kisame will launch his
Water Release: Super Exploding Water Shock Wave and engulf they whole battlefield in a water dome and Kakashi will drown from no air and will be shreded into pieces
And if Tsunade gets caught into it too then thats bad news for her
Tsunade and Mei's Fight I beleive that Mei can take on Tsunade with ease, and like Madara stated, She is super strong, but slow, and Mei will just overwhelm Tsunade with Ninjutsu and then eventually melt her
And that would be the battle imo

That's different , a ninja of Kisame's caliber won't be oneshoted or sit down waiting for a kamui . Kakashi fans overrate that technique tho.By that logic Madara can't kill anyone with Susanoo since he hasn't killed anyone yet.

Ridiculous. Tsunade is several tiers above Mei. ( she is low Kage, Tsunade mid- high Kage ).
Tsunade has better reaction speed and she is faster then the Mizukage. Therefore she can dodge her attacks. Tsunade can blitz and kill her easily. It's like a jounin vs a Kage fight for Tsunade.
