Once Gaara shifts to wrapping them in sand, the sand that was necessary to carry everyone is no longer needed as everyone can float while wrapped within the same sphere. To clarify the post before this: the sand should be enough to deal with flames themselves while tsunades extra chakra acts to solidify the sand so that the sphere doesn't crack under the force and pressure morning peacock brings.
What makes you believe Tsunade's chakra is going to make sand any stronger? The extra chakra she gave to Onoki, if I remember correctly, only made Jinton bigger because he had more chakra to use. It didn't make it any stronger, per say.
Even with a Niname assisted jump I'd call into question his ability to get over them when they were already so far above the stadium and the force of the first morning peacock (which came from below) should have served to push them even further up than they originally were.
How high up do you have them going, exactly? Cause you're getting to pretty ridiculous heights..
Gai is able to jump from the ground:

Without the assistance of his turtle. As you see in the scan posted earlier, the turtle boost launches him just as high as jump from the ground, if not higher.
Not to mention he could run up the wall of the arena, jump from it, THEN jump from his turtle to achieve an even greater height. If you have Gaara and company going up even higher than that, you might as well just have them retreat.
And he's not going to use Asa Kujaku on the sand defense in my scenario. He only uses it if Gaara enters it before hand, so no, he won't be pushing them up any higher.
But even if he can get high enough and can kick the ball down; tsunades chakra buff multiplied Onooki's jinton several times over. Without the penetrative force of the regular raikiri it's doubtful the chain could force it's way through Gaara's buffed sand sphere.
Again, Tsunade gave him extra chakra to use, which made his jinton bigger(assuming I'm remembering it correctly). I don't see how it's going to effect the toughness of Gaara's sand.
And Raiden cut through the pretty thick chakra arms of the bijuu, and there's nothing right now that leads me to believe it's piercing power is worse than raikiri's(4th databook translation of the technique isn't out yet).
