Conditions:

1) It's Part 2 Kakashi, but MS is restricted.
2) Gai is limited up to Keimon.

Starting distance: 10 metres.

Bonus scenario: MS is de-restricted, but Kakashi's skill with it is as it was vs. Deidara.

EDIT: Just realized, wrong section.

Kurenai is useless here.

Gai can take care of Gaara.

Kakashi can take care of Sasuke.

Mei and Asuma make quick work of Kurenai then hold off Tsunade until Kakashi and Gai deal with their opponents... Gai should be able to end Gaara pretty quickly, then will be able to help put Tsunade in a position where Asuma can decapitate her.

They then all team up on Sasuke assuming Kakashi hasn't killed him yet.

But seriously, once Gaara gets team 2 in the air via sand what can team 1 do?

Gai kills Gaara and their sand dissipates. Gai could also use AOE with Asa Kujaku and hit them in the air. Team 2 has nothing quick enough to hit him in the 6th gate, especially while they're in mid-air.

Unless he's putting them up above the stadium Going in the air is pointless.

I'm not sure what your trying to say, why wouldn't he go above the stadium? I agree floating within he stadium is pointless

If you mean as a projectile then the flames are smothered by Gaara's sand that was capable of smothering Sasukes Enton. If you mean by jumping and hitting Gaara directly then by flying much above the stadium they go beyond what he should be able to jump to. Also by jumping he loses some of the mobility he had on the ground. And they don't need anything quick enough to catch Guy. Sasuke siphons chakra from tsunade and uses the AOE of Kirin to blow the entire stadium.

Leaving stadium would be ringout. Would it not?

Sasuke's Enton wasn't as plentiful as Gai's Asa Kujaku. There is no way, no how, Gaara is blocking all of this mid-air. He'd need to be in the desert to stand a chance at blocking this:

If there above the stadium but still within the circular parameters does it count as a ring out; In a ring for example if someone's in the air above the turnbuckle are you consider out of the ring? So long as they don't touch anything outside of the parameters shouldn't they be considered in?

Or does BGR dictact they be DQ'd for going above the arena?

Gaara doesn't need to use his sand to stop each individual fireball so much as wrap his team in the sand allowing the sands elemental advantage to tank the fireballs; with tsunade also pumping chakra into the sand/Gaara

I question if Gaara is carrying enough sand to give them sand to fly on, plus surround them all in thick enough sand to withstand the pressure of Asa Kujaku(the fire isn't the only thing it has to stop here), but lets assume here that the sand can withstand the blows from Asa Kujaku.

Gai then switches strategy to kicking the "ball" of sand down(or just uses Asa Kujaku's force to knock it down within range) in to a Raiden from Kakashi, cutting everyone inside in half.

In case there's a question of how Gai gets above them, he does so with this method:

Once Gaara shifts to wrapping them in sand, the sand that was necessary to carry everyone is no longer needed as everyone can float while wrapped within the same sphere. To clarify the post before this: the sand should be enough to deal with flames themselves while tsunades extra chakra acts to solidify the sand so that the sphere doesn't crack under the force and pressure morning peacock brings.

Even with a Niname assisted jump I'd call into question his ability to get over them when they were already so far above the stadium and the force of the first morning peacock (which came from below) should have served to push them even further up than they originally were.

But even if he can get high enough and can kick the ball down; tsunades chakra buff multiplied Onooki's jinton several times over. Without the penetrative force of the regular raikiri it's doubtful the chain could force it's way through Gaara's buffed sand sphere.
