Really, if Sasuke decides to run at Mei with Chidori Eisou and start swinging, there's nothing she can do to save herself. They can both spit Ninjutsu at each other all day, but Sasuke is the one who has the means to get in close and seal the deal. Sasuke is the one with Sharingan Genjutsu if Mei just so happens to look in the wrong direction. Sasuke is the one with the Senjutsu-enhanced body.

You are wrong about that. The only reason Sasuke could cast the genjustu was because of Deidara's scope which he uses for long range observation.
