And even if what you are saying is true, Mei's fighting style is not the same as Itachi's. We are talking about two completely different fighters with different abilities. Mei's elemental ninjutsu ( two Kekkei Genkai + suitons ) appears to be more destructive than Itachi's ( some random Katons )
