For V2 Ae and to protect himself against Ligar Bomb - he couldn't move because his fingers were lodged inside his chest from Chidori. FRS is a slow technique, as Deva path - who has no speed feats - dodged FRS easily while stabbing two clones at the same time. Him dodging FRS is not exactly a feat.

His Shield is a reference to his flesh. He battled the Bijuu as he has a large amount of Chakra reserves. Ae has them too. He literally injected Bijuu level chakra into his cloak to jump to V2 - Karin confirms it.

This fight could go either way, but i think the 3rd raikage wins 6 out of 10.

This isn't a joke...Mei's mist is specially designed to melt chakra. I don't see why it can't melt off his cloak if it melted Sasuke's susanoo.

Well honestly if you measure the rate at which the justus melt things, Mei's acid is faster.

Incorrect! It didn't melt sasuke's lowest form of susanoo, it was in the process of trying to fully melt it. And when Sasuke's Forearm was exposed to the acid it was minor burns not even worth bragging about. The 3rd will move in and out almost instantly no questions asked no talking. Mei has to first make hand signs, inhale and **** her body back then blow out the acid mist. All of that is wayyy too slow for a ninja like him.

And again his armor and endurance will have no problems with the acid, it is laughable at best that ppl think

Only special jutsus like jinton,kamui,amaterasu,ps slashes,bijuu bombs have any chance of killing him(which mei doesn't have)

On top of that, the raikage has better stamina and has black lightning too. Given his chakra reserves, he can probably use it on a larger and more dangerous scale than darui can. So worst case scenario, the raikage outlasts Mei.

Dodai didn't react to the 3rd speed blitzing. He reacted to the 3rd stopping, kabuto making him switch his strike to a punching motion to attempt to knock naruto unconscious (manga fact btw). He wasn't trying to kill naruto. He at first was fighting fodders then instantly blitz and destroyed the Mini rock mountain they were on and they didn't even notice him coming even though naruto can sense malice.
