alright thanks for clarifying, here goes.

1. quite simple is a sort of mode which allows you to heal anything except lost limbs. though it costs 30 chakra per turn, which can be quite costly in a fight. healing in itself is neat. three turns (90 chakra plus activation 120) so you use 120 chakra to heal yourself essentially, seems a bit like a waste, but can be used nicely i guess, as it does not otherwise have any limits (two time use).

2. this one allows you to open tenketsu, one or several except for the core tenketsu, nothing more to say there really. does not seem too important or interesting. It has no limits though.

3. Restore balance. you use your chakra to cause the persons chakra to calm down and flow calmly, making medical techniques easier to use on them. As they would have no stiffness or pain it would seem? It can dispel genjutsu andpure yin releasetechniques, however not forbidden ranks of those two kinds. Additionally cannot be used on the user themselves. This could be a neat technique, but probably wont really use it simply since most fights are 1v1 meaning you dont have anyone to use it on, else it can be used for cosmetic and story mode.

Damage: N/A (heals 60 per turn)
Description: A medical ninjutsu where one anticipates the spot the enemy will attack and preemptively applies medical treatment to it, reducing damage to a minimum. The user concentrates chakra to that area and begins the cell recreation process even before the targeted area becomes damaged. Using opponent's facial expression and movements, the technique's speed and power, the user analyses everything in an instant and accurately deduces where the attack will land. Even more than accurately predicting the attack or instantly gauging the situation, a great resilience is necessary, making this technique exclusive of its creator, Kabuto. The technique can heal up to 60 damage points per turn and can be kept active for 3 turns.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle and only by Kabuto bios

( Iryō Ninjutsu: Shōsen Jutsu ) - Medical Technique: Mystic Palm Technique

Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or remove with poisons or toxins, though it can heal damage by them. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal, he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for x amount of damage the user needs to spend 2x amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time or while using another technique with the other hand. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant.

( Iryo Ninjutsu: Saiken no Keiro ) - Medical Technique: Rebuilding Chakra Pathways

Description: A simple technique designed solely to help rebuild and regenerate lost or destroyed chakra pathways. In essence, its a more advanced and highly specific form of Mystical Palm in which the user will focus large amounts of chakra (orange in color) on his palms and, through it, helps rebuild chakra pathways on a patient. This technique, despite being Medical in nature, actually has a very strong Yang component. The user needs to visualize the chakra pathway and will it to regenerate back to its former form. The technique is very hard to use, requires lots of concentration and focus, consumes a lot of chakra and takes a lot of time. To rebuild the chakra pathways in an area like the patients hand, the user will take 3 or 4 turns of continous use. This technique cannot be used to heal the damage of the last of the Eight Inner Gates nor destroyed Tenketsu.
Note: Can only be used by medical ninjas.

first one you predict the opponents point of attack and preemtively you heal that area, causing the damage to be reduced by 60, as the healing and cell production is skyrocketed. but i dont know why i should learn a technique only usable by Kabuto?

The second one is a powerful healing technique that allows you to increase the healing process by using your hands, creating green aura around them, which you then send into the wound to heal it. This makes you able to heal patients without medical tools or surgery, making it a prominent goal in combat. its only limitation is it cannot regrow bodyparts or remove poisons, but heal damage by them. drawback is its massive chakra cost. twice the amount chakra required compared to dmg. you can heal people or yourself.

rebuilding chakra pathways its in the name! :D xD you use orange looking chakra to rebuild chakra pathways in patients, and the user has to visualize and force it back to creation. it is not suitable in combat due to long time and chakra cost. simple as that i guess?

Alright so you told me to just go for the pills.

Soldier Pill: this pill when ingested it gives you double the chakra supply you currently have. It grants you with +15 to your ninjutsu and +10 to taijutsu for 4 turns after ingested. the drawback is that you are required to use +10 chakra to all your techniques for the 5 turns after the pill expires. They are small black pills, and can be ingested 4 times in combat, while only once to the user it would seem. The more pills you take, the tougher the strain, as you will require to use +30 chakra to all your techniques. if you take a third you will suffer cardiac arrest when it expires.

Military Ration Pill: This pill replenishes and nourishes your body. It is made of stimulants and nutrients, giving you 50 percent back of your maximum chakra when ingested. Also alleviating tiredness. They are dark brown pills. You can take two pills causing your heart rate and blood pressure to increase causing pain for the six following turns. taking three in total will cause heart failure after 4 turns.

Blood Replenishing Pill: 'It is in the name, but it is a concentrated amino acid, iron and mitosis pill, which boosts the production of eyrthrocytes in your body. IT alleviates and cancels the blood loss after one turn. It helps and stops blood loss, and increases the blood in your body back to normal. if you take two, it increases your blood pressure and gives chance for blood clots and trauma. Additionally if taking a third pill it will stress the cardiovascular system and cause you to faint, from lack of blood to the head after four turns.
