It's impossible to block my move once I got under you, I move with Lee's 3rd gate speed, unless you have Sharingan you can't dodge it. Especially cause I am charged positively with lightning, and once in the air, your already shocked, and I kick you down.

Kiba u wouldnt have time to jump back cause he would be unaffected by ur lightning attack plus his 3 gates making him faster to react to how u move so as soon as u static up his leg can kick u upwards before u get a chance to jump back and as soon as u jump back the first time all he has to do is slide and kick u up youll still be in distance of him
