ooooh, i've misunderstood this jutsu, i thought that the note the that says it can be made with different elements, was also refering to the shadow clone jutsu. And since that's a B-rank jutsu, i simply thought, that since it's so basic, you just had to be able to do B-rank jutsus, to perform it...
