Upon further manipulation it starts to crackle, making the sound of 1,000 birds. By doing so creating a Chidori.

*I then release the Chidori from my hand while manipulating it into the form of thin needles. I aim this at Sasuke, which pierces him multiple times.

*I gather up an immense amount of raiton chakra into my hand. I run up to Sasuke while releasing my chakra into lightning and then compressing it into a ball, jamming it into Sasukes face. It then violently explodes.

It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

I want you to do the Boar->Monkey->Snake->Ram handseals, while gathering your raiton chakra. I then want you to release it around Sasuke Clone here. *Creates Sasuke Clone* I then want you to manipulate the chakra, creating 16 pillars of lightning, which binds him in place.

I gather my raiton chakra while performing the Boar->Monkey->Snake->Ram handseals. I make sure i have gathered enough chakra to surround Sasuke, and I erect 16 pillars of lightning. The lightning is ferocious and jumps between the pillars, the lightning also binds Sasuke in place by keeping the lightning attached to him.

*I use my raiton chakra to manipulate the Chidori to make it extend, while keeping it about the thickness of a Katana's blade, towards Sasuke which piercing him in the throat.

Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of wind and electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

First I want you to gather your fuuton chakra, then release it around you. I then want you to gather your raiton chakra, then release it around you. I then want you to manipulate both, causing a swirling vortex to form, that is made up of slicing wind and lightning. I then want you to use shape manipulation, shaping it into a dragon head. This vortex, should be spinning very rapidly, have slicing wind, and lightning that can jump out and shock people.

*First I gather my fuuton chakra and release it around me. I then quickly gather my raiton chakra and release it around my in much the same way. I then concentrate hard on causing them to both spin around me until they form a swirling vortex. The fuuton chakra I manipulate to be capable of slicing through obstacle and the lightning following the wind. I then use shape manipulation to shape the vortex into a dragons head, while keeping the vortex at maximum spin. The wind starts to slice through the field in front of me while the lightning jumps at anything the comes to close to it.
