Maybe Kara is against the Otsutsuki

Momo gave Boruto a seal, and those seals seem to have huge powers, Boruto will likely use it or several of them against Kawakii, and maybe Momo wanted him to have that power because he wanted to fight off Kara. Perhaps Kara has been using the seals to fend off Otsutsukis before you had op chars like Naruto and Sasuke who could fight them. So maybe they are against them.

The only thing we know is that Kara and the Ootsutsukis are at odds, and Boruto received something from Momoshiki, and Kara does not seem benevolent at all.

So they are going to have 2 evil groups to face.
