Unfortunately no, I didn't feel like ordering a new charger or a controller and just decided to get it on 360I have ghost recon PO'd as well, But I wont be picking up until the Friday after it comes out. PS3?
O lol I have like 12 controller chargers for my ps3. Most cameras and mp3 players use the same cord to link to a computer as a ps3 charger cord, and my mom and her bf love electronic stuff so there are a ton of them here. On top of that is my controller smashing habit so I have no limit of cords.Unfortunately no, I didn't feel like ordering a new charger or a controller and just decided to get it on 360
I dont recall asking about gta5 or ac3.i just pre ordered AC3 and GTA 5 right now
I think its ok, though I actually liked the old ones better. Its a decent game, but I don't like how it feels like your playing an old game rather than a newer game. Like they kept to the feel of the old games, but a game thats 8 years newer you expect it to feel at least a little upgraded.Just finished the game. It was epic and exceeded my expectations. It really is on the same level of the first two games. And Multiplayer wasn't a bad thing, which I thought it was but it really wasn't. Been raping in almost every game I played.
The only bad thing is that Rockstar games wouldn't let me redeem the Soundtrack code that came with the special edition. ;_; It's just so epic but now you can't even redeem the code anymore. "Please wait until the 17th to redeem your code and download the Soundtrack." Hurr Durr, almost the 18th for me and I still can't redeem it.
I played the game for few hours straight and then went to Multiplayer. I am not even using any Primary Weapons, I've only been using Pistols and I am DOMINATING. And I know what you mean about the Story but I actually really enjoyed it. I looked back and asked myself "Would it really be better if R* sticked to the old rainy New York?". No, I don't think so now that I think about it. It was time for a change, it was time for him to move on. There was nothing left for him, no one to live for, nothing - So why not the change of setting?I think its ok, though I actually liked the old ones better. The MP is decent, but there are a few op weapon setups that are really annoying. And its pretty unbalanced with higher levels having a massive advantage over noobs. You get stuck on a lot of stuff, and the lack of a jump is really dumb.
With the campaign its cool but it feels really generic to me. Nowhere near as good of a story as the old ones so far. And I don't like how there is more cutscene than gameplay. The characters all look like they are strait of of a kidnapping movie from the 90s, and have some really cheesy lines.
I do like the fact that I get to shoot people, and it has some interesting features that are a nice change from the norm with the multiplayer, the shootdodge, the looting bodies, the way the bursts work, and a few other things.
I guess I would give the game like a 6/10. Its not a terrible game, but 90% of the people I have played with who had mics, all say they hate it. I went to the midnight release, and got sick of playing after 15 minutes and went back to watching DBZ reruns. Its got its moments, but I would have to say I'm sticking with Uncharted 3, which is a way better example of a third person shooter.
I now made it to chapter 3, and level 8 in the multiplayer, and it was enough for me decide that I don't like the game and I plan on selling it back to gamestop for the 50% loss next time I go out of the house.I played the game for few hours straight and then went to Multiplayer. I really enjoyed the story and I really enjoyed the Cutscenes. Game itself was repetitive but every game is. (And that's what I liked about it, that's how a good TPS should be and Max Payne 3 was amazing, probably the best TPS out there.) And I liked how it felt like an old game, I'm glad they didn't butcher the franchise to death with some unnecessary shit, Cover-system was enough if you ask me. Although, I will play it on Old-School as well, because the feel of not being able to go into cover makes everything harder and more fun.
And I don't know how you could get sick of a game like that after 15 minutes? Did you straight go to the Multiplayer?
I mean, Multiplayer may be kinda unbalanced but that will be changed soon I guess, although I don't really see any kind of unbalanced stuff, probably because I keep getting 1st Place or 2nd Place.
Edit: I should probably add that the Storytelling in this one was WAY, and I mean WAY better than the Storytelling of the second part IMO.
