I would also go for team B, cause Shikamaru would have thought of something. In team 1 shino's bugs would be the one of the biggest problem for team B, as he is the only long range fighter in team A and every other character is close or mid range.

Pretty close matchup but I say Team B. You made the mistake of putting Lee in there, if he were put up against Kiba (which he takes) leaving Shika and Chouji to deal with Shino and Neji- which arguably could go either way, verging more on ShikaCho IMO, this match would be Team B's. Very high difficulty, i'm sure given time and aware of all of their abilites Shino could plan ahead and form a strategy in a similar way to Shikamaru, yeah brilliant thread here.

chouji on his butterfly mode can take down any of the 3

rock lee with his gates is overkill

kiba will die soon...... followed by shino and later on neji, getting outnumbered.

Kiba has 0 strategy in his fighting would run right into Shadow Stitching/Shadow Possesion.

Shino and Neji would do a decent job but get overwelmed by Gates Lee and Butterfly Choji.
