Right at the start of a fight??.....
First i do this:
Repel!(High ranked genjutsu.. A-rank.. MS can stop B-ranked and lower..)
You cant walk on walls, trees, water..Suiton Bakusui Shoha! (water exploding shockwave)
I create a HUGE lake..
Since you cant walk on it..
You have to swim..
And you cant get out of it since its to big..

is that even a real move. and u cant just say that the genjutsu hits te opponent.

Thats wrong, heres how it works:
Sharingan: can stop C,D ranked genjutsus
Mangekyou Sharingan: can stop C,D,B genjutsus
Eternal Mangekyou sharingan: can stop C,D,B,A genjutsus...
The one i used was an A ranked genjutsu.. You had MS on .. So you couldnt block it..
Its unfair if the system works like you say..
My idea is fair..

some1 like itachi can have it because there a character in the anime has it.

the rules say, "if ur not an uchiha and have te sharingan like kakashi you must be a kage to have MS unless ur the character kakashi. so technically he can use MS.
