of course hes not real kishi, do you know how busy kishi is? he can barely find time to do interviews, thats why he has to only do filler arcs when hes doing the series, because he cant fill gaps with real storylines, thats how busy he is.
he once said in an interview: "i would do an itachi gaiden but i just dont have the time" you really think he has time to be doing posting random things on a forum.

1.he means he wants kishi to take off kakashis mask so we can see his face, to prove hes the real kishi.

2.technically running away after getting ur ass kicked and hiding for a hundred years is losing.
